As an Application Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and configuring applications while acting as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving successful project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making critical decisions that shape the project’s success. You will play a key role in ensuring the team functions efficiently and meets project goals, while also serving as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft Power BI.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all application-related discussions and decisions.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers and analysts, ensuring smooth collaboration and performance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to guide project strategy, provide solutions, and drive key decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and data-related challenges for both immediate and cross-functional teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Power BI, providing guidance and ensuring the best practices are followed.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from design to implementation, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience in implementing machine learning algorithms, such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
• Expertise in data cleaning, data transformation, and normalization techniques to maintain high data quality.

Good to Have

• Experience with other data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Knowledge of advanced machine learning models and techniques.

Additional Information

• This role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to team collaboration.
• The position is based in Hyderabad, India.

Educational Qualification

• 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
