Job Description

As an Application Developer at Accenture, you will play a key role in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work with SAP for Insurance Collections & Disbursements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you develop meet business goals. Your role will involve translating business needs into technical specifications, ensuring the reliability and performance of developed applications, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure applications using SAP for Insurance Collections & Disbursements to meet specific business process and application requirements.
  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions that meet those needs.
  • Create and update technical documentation related to the application development lifecycle, ensuring that all configurations, designs, and solutions are properly documented.
  • Provide technical support for the applications developed using SAP for Insurance Collections & Disbursements, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any application-related problems promptly.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of applications by implementing best practices in design, development, and testing. Evaluate and recommend new tools or technologies that could enhance application performance and business outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in using SAP for Insurance Collections & Disbursements, specifically for configuring and developing applications within this environment.
  • Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications based on business requirements, focusing on creating solutions that are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly.
  • Strong understanding of business processes related to insurance collections and disbursements, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation to ensure clear communication of designs, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support for applications. Able to identify, resolve, and document issues efficiently to maintain application performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application development, with a focus on SAP for Insurance Collections & Disbursements.
