As an Application Developer at Accenture, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-quality solutions, utilizing your expertise in Spring Boot and Java Full Stack Development. The role requires you to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of the applications you develop, while collaborating on microservices architecture and lightweight solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality applications using Spring Boot.
- Develop and implement application features that meet business requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements.
- Develop microservices and lightweight architecture solutions that ensure scalability and performance.
- Work on integration of RESTful APIs to enhance application functionality and communication between systems.
- Participate in agile sprint planning and regular stand-ups to ensure that development milestones are met.
- Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and business users to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by performing rigorous testing and code reviews.

Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Spring Boot for building and maintaining backend services and applications.
- Solid understanding of Java Full Stack Development with experience in both front-end and back-end development.
- Expertise in developing and deploying Microservices using Spring Boot and other related technologies.
- Experience with building RESTful Web Services and integrating them with different application layers.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with lightweight architecture and its best practices for optimizing application performance.
- Experience with Java Full Stack Development, including front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB for data storage and management.
Additional Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education & Experience
- B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot development and Java-based application development.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
