As a Senior Developer at Infosys, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, validation, and support of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, estimate project workloads, and contribute to efficient system design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development. Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Client Collaboration. Gather and analyze client requirements to translate them into system specifications.
- Code Quality & Review. Write clean, maintainable code and conduct peer reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Performance Engineering. Apply performance engineering principles to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Agile Methodologies. Work within an Agile framework, adapting to changing requirements and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Mentorship. Provide guidance and support to junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Understanding of design principles and architectural fundamentals.
- Familiarity with quality processes and estimation techniques.
- Ability to design and code complex programs and write comprehensive test cases.
Educational Requirements
- Qualifications. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
