IGT Solutions is seeking a seasoned Angular Front-End Developer with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular, Java, and MongoDB, with a proven track record in designing and implementing scalable software solutions. As a leader within the team, you will play a critical role in guiding and mentoring junior developers, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery of projects.

Core Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Mentorship. Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing guidance and support in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
2. System Architecture. Architect and design complex systems using Java, Angular, and MongoDB, ensuring robust and efficient solutions.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders to define technical solutions and project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
4. Best Practices. Drive and enforce best practices in software development, including code reviews, coding standards, and automation, to enhance code quality and team efficiency.
5. Technical Leadership. Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure high-quality project delivery, adhering to timelines and budgets.
6. Issue Resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
7. Industry Trends. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Java, Angular, and MongoDB technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
8. Agile Practices. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

1. Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Experience. 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in Java development with deep expertise in Java 8 or higher.
3. Angular Proficiency. Strong proficiency in Angular (Angular 2+) for front-end development.
4. NoSQL Experience. Extensive experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
5. Software Design. Proven track record in designing and architecting enterprise-scale software solutions.
6. Leadership Skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
7. Agile & DevOps. Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
8. Analytical Skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
