Infosys is seeking an Angular Developer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team and contribute to our digital transformation initiatives. As part of the Infosys project management team, you will take on key responsibilities for project delivery, including end-to-end ownership, technical leadership, and team development. This role requires a strong understanding of Angular along with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership. Lead and manage Angular development projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
2. Proposal Preparation & Estimation. Lead the proposal preparation process, review project estimations, and capture inputs from key stakeholders to position Infosys for project success.
3. Project Management. Oversee project schedules, monitor progress, report on project status, and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
4. Team Leadership. Provide leadership and mentorship to your team. Offer subject matter training, inspire high performance, and deliver feedback to promote growth and success.
5. Thought Leadership. Contribute to creating and sharing technology thought leadership within your specialization.
6. Stakeholder Communication. Collaborate with business and technology subject matter experts to assess requirements, define scope, and create project charters.

Technical and Professional Requirements

1. Primary Skills. Strong proficiency in Angular (versions 2+), with a focus on building dynamic and responsive web applications.
2. Additional Skills. Familiarity with UI technologies, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
3. Project Management Fundamentals. Experience in project lifecycles for development and maintenance projects, with solid knowledge of estimation methodologies and quality processes.
4. SDLC & Agile Methodologies. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices.
5. Collaboration. Ability to work closely with business and technology teams to assess requirements, define scope, and produce accurate estimates.
6. Problem-Solving Skills. Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Technology & Trends Awareness. Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in web development to drive innovation within your projects.
2. Performance Engineering. Understand performance engineering and ensure efficient and optimized code.
3. Domain Knowledge. Possess basic knowledge of the relevant domain to better understand business requirements and functional needs.
4. Communication & Coordination. Strong ability to coordinate resources, manage tasks, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Experience Required

1. Experience. 5 to 10 years of experience in Angular development, with a focus on creating high-quality, scalable applications.
2. B.Tech/BE, M.Tech/ME, BSC/MSC, or BCA/MCA in Computer Science or a related field.
