Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative applications and systems that leverage AI tools and Cloud AI services, with a focus on ensuring production-ready quality through effective application pipelines, whether on the cloud or on-premises. You will also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Generative AI models as part of your solutions. Your expertise in deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing will be essential to driving the development of AI-powered applications that provide real business value. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will take a leading role in the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models, utilizing Python and popular libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing and deploying advanced machine learning models. You will lead the development and deployment of machine learning models, using Python and its associated libraries, to solve complex business problems.
  2. Application design and configuration. You will work on the design, building, and configuration of applications that align with business processes and specific application requirements, ensuring they meet the desired goals and performance standards.
  3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams. As part of a collaborative environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, applying your expertise in diverse machine learning algorithms. This includes the implementation of algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering methods, tailored to meet the business needs.
  4. Effective communication with stakeholders. You will communicate your findings and technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Your ability to present complex data in a clear, understandable way will be essential in driving decision-making and supporting the business.
  5. Continuous learning and innovation. Stay at the forefront of the AI and machine learning fields, continuously learning about the latest advancements and integrating innovative approaches into your work. This includes gaining experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, exploring Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, and working with Big Data technologies to solve increasingly complex challenges.

Required Skills and Experience

  1. Proficiency in Python. Expertise in Python is a must, as you will use it as the primary language for developing machine learning models and building applications.
  2. Machine Learning Algorithms. A solid understanding and hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. Experience in data preprocessing and model evaluation will be critical for success.
  3. Experience with Data Visualization Tools. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI will be beneficial for effectively communicating the insights derived from your models.
  4. Data Munging Techniques. You should be well-versed in data cleaning, transformation, and normalization techniques to ensure the quality and integrity of the data before feeding it into models.

Good to Have Skills

  1. TensorFlow and Deep Learning. Experience with TensorFlow for building and deploying deep learning models, particularly for image processing, time series forecasting, or similar tasks.
  2. Natural Language Processing (NLP). Knowledge of NLP techniques for processing and analyzing human language data is a valuable skill for this role, particularly for chatbot development or sentiment analysis.
  3. Big Data Technologies. Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or other distributed processing systems would be an asset as you work with large datasets.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (BE) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required. Candidates with a strong foundation in mathematics or statistics will have an advantage.
