Key Responsibilities

1. AI/ML Solution Architecture. Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge AI and ML solutions, focusing on generative AI applications.
2. Cloud-Based AI Infrastructure. Develop robust, scalable AI architectures using cloud platforms like AWS (AWS Bedrock, SageMaker), Google Cloud AI Platform, and Azure AI Services.
3. Model Selection & Integration. Evaluate, select, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools based on project requirements.
4. Optimization & Deployment. Design and implement best practices for model fine-tuning, optimization, and deployment strategies to enhance performance and scalability.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
6. Technical Leadership & Team Guidance. Lead and mentor AI engineers, ensuring high-quality development and adherence to best practices.
7. Technical Assessments & Strategy. Conduct in-depth assessments of AI/ML technologies, providing strategic recommendations for AI adoption and innovation.
8. Prototype Development. Build proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to validate AI/ML capabilities and drive feasibility studies for new AI initiatives.
9. Emerging Technologies & Trends. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, generative AI, and related technologies to keep solutions ahead of industry trends.

Technical Skills & Expertise

1. Extensive AI/ML Experience. Strong hands-on expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI models.
2. Deep Understanding of ML Algorithms. Mastery of neural networks, deep learning, and statistical machine learning techniques.
3. Cloud Proficiency. Advanced experience with cloud-based AI tools, including AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, and Azure AI Services.

4. Programming & AI Frameworks

   • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for AI/ML development.

   • Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

5. Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong understanding of LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, Llama, BERT, and other transformer-based architectures.
6. Vector Databases & RAG Architectures. Expertise in vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
7. MLOps & AI Deployment. Knowledge of MLOps best practices, automated model training, and AI model lifecycle management.
8. Multimodal AI Models. Experience working with multimodal AI applications involving text, image, and speech processing.

Speech & Voice AI Technologies

• Expertise in natural language processing for speech interfaces.

• AI Model Optimization. Experience in model compression, pruning, quantization, and efficient AI deployment strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Education. Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
