Key Responsibilities

1. AI Model Development. From ideation to implementation, you will create innovative AI models that address real business challenges. This will include working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those into effective AI solutions.
2. Algorithm Creation & Maintenance. You will develop and maintain advanced AI algorithms, ensuring they are optimized for performance and scalable for real-world applications.
3. Collaborating with Data Science Teams. Working hand-in-hand with data scientists, you will help build and optimize data systems that power AI solutions. Together, you will work on refining data pipelines, ensuring that AI applications receive clean and valuable input for superior outcomes.
4. AI Application Integration. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating AI applications seamlessly into the company’s existing platforms, enabling the scalability and adoption of AI-driven capabilities.
5. Model Validation & Deployment. You’ll be responsible for validating AI models, ensuring they perform well in production environments, and deploying them to a cloud infrastructure for wide-scale use.
6. Continuous Learning & Innovation. Keeping up with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies will be key. You will explore new trends, tools, and best practices to integrate into our solutions, ensuring they remain on the cutting edge of the industry.
7. Stakeholder Communication. You will have the responsibility of presenting technical findings and results to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the impact and value of AI solutions.
8. Ensuring Ethical Standards. As an AI Developer, you will help ensure that all AI applications comply with regulatory and ethical standards, promoting trust in AI solutions.
9. Technical Support & Scalability. You will provide ongoing technical support for AI products and work towards improving and scaling systems to meet growing demands.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven AI Development Experience. You’ve worked extensively as an AI Developer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-driven applications.
2. Expertise in AI Programming. You are proficient in AI-focused programming languages like Python or Java, with experience in developing and optimizing machine learning models.
3. Familiarity with ML Frameworks. You’re skilled in using machine learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and libraries like scikit-learn to develop AI models.
4. Mathematics, Statistics & Algorithms. A solid understanding of mathematical concepts, statistical methods, and algorithms is essential to building robust AI systems.
5. API Integration & Cloud Platforms. You have advanced skills in working with REST APIs, integrating various service frameworks, and deploying AI applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
6. AI Cloud Solutions. Familiarity with AI-powered cloud solutions, including Azure, IBM Watson, or AWS AI, will be a strong advantage. Experience with AI-driven bots (e.g., chatbots, mailbots, voicebots) is a plus.
7. Understanding Cloud Infrastructure. You’re well-versed in cloud environments, including container-based and serverless solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and scalability of AI applications.
8. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills. Your ability to dissect complex problems, apply analytical techniques, and devise optimal solutions is key to your success in this role.
9. Customer-Oriented. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to understand business needs will drive your success as an AI Developer at Siemens.
10. Communication. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience, including non-technical stakeholders.
11. Educational Background. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
