About the Team
The Alexa Shopping Operations team is dedicated to creating reliable datasets and annotations. We work closely with feature teams to ensure the quality of customer experiences across various platforms. Our goal is to empower Amazon's LLMs using advanced technology and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Science, English, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in content or editorial writing.
• Proficient in French (B2.2/BA/Advanced Diploma level) with strong verbal, written, reading, and comprehension skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an AI trainer or knowledge of AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with AI interaction, including prompt generation and tools like OpenAI.
• Relevant Cambridge certifications would be a plus.
