A dynamic and forward-thinking organization is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join their Agile Center of Enablement. As part of this team, you will be instrumental in guiding product managers, product owners, scrum masters, and leaders through the transformation journey, adopting Agile principles, and embracing a product mindset. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of Agile methodologies across the organization, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and mentorship to Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership teams on Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Promote the adoption of a product mindset while fostering a deep understanding of Agile principles and execution strategies.
• Assess and monitor the effectiveness of Agile practices, helping teams identify opportunities for improvement and suggesting industry-leading solutions.
• Deliver training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings using collaboration tools such as Miro or other platforms to enhance team learning and engagement.
• Ensure successful adoption of Agile and product management methodologies through continuous improvement and the application of best practices from the industry.
• Collaborate with teams using Agile Life Cycle Management Tools, particularly Azure DevOps, to manage workflows and streamline Agile processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) certification.
• Certification in CSM/PSM or CSPO/PSPO.
• 10+ years of experience in the industry, with at least 4 years as an Agile Coach.
• Proven experience and expertise in training teams and leaders both in-person and remotely using digital collaboration tools like Miro.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile Life Cycle Management Tools, specifically Azure DevOps.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
