Our client is seeking a skilled Adobe Platform Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring customer journeys, creating offers, and managing segmentations within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). You will play a critical role in building AEP data models and data flows, developing insightful reports in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and collaborating with fellow developers to create effective solutions. A strong emphasis will be placed on building productive relationships with clients and Cognizant stakeholders, as well as addressing any issues related to Adobe Experience Cloud tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure customer journeys and offers, and create targeted segments within AEP.
• Build and manage AEP data models, data flows, and related jobs.
• Develop comprehensive reports in Customer Journey Analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers to design and implement effective solutions.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders at Cognizant.
• Address and resolve tickets related to Adobe Experience Cloud tools in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with AEP SDK, XDM Schema, AEP & Edge, Identity & Profile, Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
