If you are fresher and you join a company, then initially you have to put lots of effort. I f you are in organization first learn what not to do. initially you have to understand the project you going to work, take up work slowly and speed up into this. Some time pressure put by manager or your team lead, so do not be afraid of this. Just learnt from the situation how to handle the pressure. Some time you have to stretch your work also and in this situation you feel so much stress. So in that situation tell your team to help and try to do work in group. If feeling to much stress then inform to you respective manager or people manager.
What do you do when things don’t go smoothly at work? How do you deal with difficult situations? What do you do when something goes wrong? The best way to respond to this question is to give an example of how you have successfully handled stress in a previous job.Avoid claiming that you never, or rarely, experience stress. Not only is this difficult to believe, but it could also lead the interviewer to conclude that you’ve only worked in low-pressure environments and therefore aren’t equipped to handle a difficult situation. Rather, formulate your answer in a way that acknowledges workplace stress and explains how you’ve overcome it, or even used it to your advantage.
Stress and Pressure can be handled by looking through your tasks and preparing a plan on how to complete them. You need to list all tasks and see where you need further explainations and support from your manager. After that discuss with your manager with a positive attitude and open mind and all will be sorted out.
