Tool tip of Article Status In Author Articles

Need to implement the mouse over tool tip of articles status on author articles section. after this enhancement one can easily check status of articles either submitted, under review or incomplete as there is no need to move through each of the radio button for checking in which process their articles is. As you has implemented Icon for articles status need to add title of status as well. Thanks & Regards
