Stop spammers in c#corner forums

At present, I have started seeing spamming contents pasted as questions in this website. For example http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/Forums/Thread/303520/ . I don't know what this question is about and who the author is. Questions like this lower the reputation of this website. We should make some MVPs as moderators to this website so that they can monitor the questions posted here. Stackoverflow has this kind of question management system. We should also follow them.
