Readability Problem in Listing

i feel that search results in Interview Questions are not user friendly. There are only questions listed. I should be shown at least one answer. One may not be as much patient to click each link separately to find content. If one wants to read interview questions he wants to read more than one. Best answer(most likes) can be put on top.
