Provide code block (Syntax highlighting) option for Answers

While replying to a question there should be an option to inset code block (formatted code or Syntax highlighting). In many questions developers asks for code but I need to paste it from MS word but still syntax highlighting is not good. I have noticed one more issue while replying a question if I add a link (hyperlink) in preview window it shows like hyperlink but after posting the answer it becomes plain text. It would be better if we have an option of Syntax highlighting along with hyperlink feature while replying a question.
