Notify users with a reason while rejecting an Idea

Though it is not practical to implement each and every proposed idea in this section, however there are certain ideas which are up-voted by many users and still got rejected. Here is an example - http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/ideas/better-insights-of-monthly-winnersharp39s-contribution If due to some reason those ideas are not possible to implement and qualify for rejection then wouldn't it be great if Idea creator and all other supporters are notified with a reason why the idea is rejected. It would help everyone to propose new ideas using their prior experience also avoid confusions.
