New submissions section

In the new submission section, there shoul be a link for all submissions. i.e. submit blog, forum,tip, suggest idea, article, etc. so that the memebers can directly submit anything from their account itself instead of going through the bottom of the page to suggest idea. Also the link to submitting tip is not found easily. So if all such links are provided in 1 place then it would be become much user friendly to post anything & the site can receive much more stuff easily
