"New Ideas" section - Restrict Complete Postback on any tab selection.

In the "New Ideas" default page itself, when we select the "Most Voted" or "Implemented" or any other tabs available, the page is postedback completely. Try retricting the complete loading of page whenever a tab is selected. Thank you
