Menu should visible on top profile pic

I am using C-sharpcorner and after login when user browse website then for his message,my articles, blog , update profile for these menus he/she need to click on profile pic icon on top right corner then he/she will able to navigate through update,my articles etc. Instead of this you can provide common menus which will be visible on setting icon on top right corner or on profile icon hover. So that user no need to go back to his profile and then update profile or any other user section. So provide on hover some common menus like Update profile, my article, change profile photo. Thanks
