Article editor formatting issues

The article editor has certain formatting issues which I would like to mention: 1. It not supporting Unicode characters. Showing junk characters when using certain symbols etc. 2. Formatting issues with bullets 3. Table formatting issues 4. Code segment should have some difference than rest of article beside color marking of code Thanks,
