Add filter in forums page

Hi Team, There should be a filter option in forums page so, that user can easily filter the question on the basis of category. And one more thing is that in the list of forums questions, in its description please show the category name as well so, that user can able to know this under which category this question is posted. For, the reference I am uploading a picture as well. Please, have a look into it. Thanks
