About time zone

In csharp-corner site default time zone is another country, so i want to tell you that do some change in site code for time zone. Suppose i am in india and i open csharp corner then automatic display time like as india's time zone for all forums, article etc. If i am in london then automatic display time zone of london. *****if it is possible then quickly do that.***** I know many people time problem and not understand in which time post forum or article.
