xamarin android override Power button and Media volume

Question

1- How to override power button on android 8.1 oreo

when user hold power button button will not show power off or restart options...instead it call function that i want 

 

2- How to override mobile media volume in my application

until my application is on at background audio play within the application will be at maximum volume
