Writing/Embedding resource(s) to already compiled exe

Question

Hi. Does anyone know how I can at runtime "stuff" resources/files into an exe (a already compiled C# assembly)?? If it's not possible to do this at runtime, but it's possible to recompile in some way i'm interessted in your experiences on this area too.
