Write text in POP-UP box in PHP

Hi

I have a problem in our project, problem is that " I have a button in a html form in php, I want when we click on this button then open a pop-up box. In this pop-up box we can write any text then text of the pop-up box display in marquee in html form in php". Please help me anyone ?
