wpf Application to andriod application

Question

 I have a game Application which written in wpf(.net) . I want to convert it in adroid application . Is it possible to convert it wpf to andriod?

if yes then how to convert

 

if no then how to run this game in andriod OS based Plateform(specially for mobile)
