Working with SQLite

Question

I am working with SQLite in windows phone 8, i had created the tables in sqlite and am trying to store the data for one table the data is stored in the database after that i am trying to insert the data in the table called  "Userregistration" having  7 fields, here when i click insert button shows some error called "no such table sqlite exception caught" is coming but my doubt is am working with same database one tables data is storing and another table data shows like above error. Can any one guide me how to solve this problem.
