word 2013 TOC right indent no longer working correctly

Question

I need to under paragraph and Indentation change the right margin to .5 so that my text doesn't run right into the Table of Contents page number - apparently it was removed for 2013 but fixed in 2016 - but since I have 2013 and not 2016 - is there a way around it or a fix that you know of?  Now when you choose .5 it moves everything over by .5 including the page number.
