Withdrawn of Microsoft Certification Exams

Question

hello,

 

 

i was planning for a cetification  program(exam) after few months. but looking at this link i m confused. 

 

I was looking for these two xams :

1. 70-483: Programming in C#

 

2. 70-486: Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications

 

but after looking at this link .

Certifications & exams > Withdrawn exams

 

I am confused.
