witch database to be seen in all computers

Question

Hi, I have a program in C# and i first use sql database but i want to use it in multiples pc. so I use mysql online but I installed the reference (.dll) in my computer and to be used i must install that dll. because its work computers i cant do that. 

 

what should i do? any sugestions
