Winfrom sync from mobile to WinForm app

Question

I developed one simple winform application which only content registration form only...

I also developed android application which is match with my winform app...

So Now i want to do :

When admin is not on computer(i.e. outdoor) and he want do add new person entry in his android app... he can do that ... but when he reach at home ... as soon as he started his WinForm app ... the application must syn all the data from mobile to Winform or Winform to mobile...

Can we do that thing in winform????
