Windows service to save the files from local system to serve

Question

I Have to loop through folder for files and those files i want to save in the server. this logic has to excecute for evryone hour. Currently I'm doing this under button click event.but I don't want to click the button for  every one hour. so I Though tof preparing the service which has to excecute for every one hour automatically.can you guyss please help me..
