Windows Service run multiple process

Hi Friend,

 

I am doing a project like banking domain.  Using vb.net with ms access database.

 

About My Project concept Description step by step:

 

1. There will be five country like, india, japan, china, america, australia

 

2. i will be having multiple example file in based on the particular country. 

Example India there will be one folder "Input XML", From the input XML, the xml file will be get and convert into the pdf file and stored into "Advice" every 15 mins through the windows service concept.

 

>> now i want the converted PDF file should send mail to particular country authority like india "[email protected]" automatically once the PDF generated.

 

 >> automatically print the generated PDF file to the available printer "without opening Adobe Reader".

 

 can anyone help me my concept. I am new to the vb.net development.

 

please give some samples using "VB.NET code"
