Question

How to apply Different effects on image in windows phone Application like distort, spotlight,swirl,Sketch photo and many more ...
 
The camera itself offers a few effects that you can apply to a photo.But i want to create my own effect on selected image not on camera captured image.

i search a lot but i didn't get proper solution. please help me for this task.
