Windows Mobile 6.5 for the socket program

Question

Dear all,
I need help for SOCKET PROGRAMMING with 'System.IO' for transfer multiple file from folder with WIFI FROM HANDHELD.
Also how to transfer SQLCE data to CSV than transfer to server then insert that CSV to SQL Server table
hope any one can help me
