windows From application(c#.net)

hi..friends

i have a problem in window From Application(c#.net).the problem is file open vedio file speed are not control.and another problem is i want to capture time interval that means adding start time and when submit end end time .automatically calculate time inverval in 8 decimal point.please help me...
