Windows forms question...

I have a couple of questions for you all. 1. Is it possible to set the formborderstyle to none and still be able to drag the form around the screen. It seems that when ever I don't have a border on my form, it is locked on the screen whee the form initially loads. Is this the way it always works? 2. can someone point me to some samples of creating a docable window? I would like to be able to dock a window to the top or bottom of the screen and also allow for auto-hide type functionality. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Bob
