Windows form application C#

Question

I am doing project in windows form application C# using Access databaseI the Access database I have Employee table and departmenttable
Table employee contain Employee ID(PK) and employee name
Department name contain DEp ID , Department name and employeeID
when i select the in comboboxas  employeename in the windows form and its employeeID should save in the departmenttable
