windows authentication or creating own login?

Question

Hi guys. I am a newbie in asp.net mvc so i would like to ask you. I am creating a web application where i would like to use login. Depends on the role ( i think to create db table user with fields email, id and role) the user should use only selected pages ( views). I did some tutorial and i am quite familiar with creating login page in asp.net mvc. Now i am not sure if is better to use default internet template in asp.net mvc 4 with authentication or to use empty template and create my own login. What would be better for me as a beginner?
