Windows Application Project Development not Effecting on run

Question

Hello Guys,

 

I Developing a Windows Application Project in .net Framework 3.5 and  VS2008 But one Issue is come during developing..

 

When I Developing a Application and in this I put breakpoint in form page code file and then debug a program, execution not coming on breakpoint  and Run the program also When I doing  ahead programming or taking other control in this , this task not effecting on run the program..

 

So, you can help me hows solve it....
