windows application in asp.net 2.0

Question

Hi all,

Here i want to use web cam in my web site.Like i want to capture picture from web cam and then i need to save that image into data base.

But we can't find controls like picture box in asp.net.

so please tell me how can we access web cam in our website and how to save it in data base.
