Windows 7 Task Scheduler

I create one one task in task scheduler.

Hourly running (Example 10.00 am , 11.00 am ,12.00 am.......)

Running correctly.

but , I have in Hibernate don't want to run(pending task running i am open system)

i opened 10.20am that time running 10.00 am task
