Window names

Question

For some reason MSN doesnt popup trough full screen apps. So i want to make something for this. I would like to check if the popups of xxx loged on if those carry the name of who signed on. So to start i would like to make an app that returns all window names of msnmsgr.exe, Could someone give me a few pointers on how to get the window names? Thanks
