Will .Net version affects my application?

Question

I have a doubt regarding .net version. 

Currently i am developing an application which support .net 4.6.

Whereas if i install the application where lot of .net versions installed like .net 3.5, 4,4.6 etc the values are slightly different if i install the application where pc have only .net 4.6..

 

Is that bec of .net version?
