WIA stops working when itunes is installed

Question

I am using WIA(Windows Image Acquisition) to capture images through mobiles or camera devices and automatically assign that image to user profile in my application. Application works fine when android phone is attached. but if iTunes is installed and any iPhone is attached it does not assign that image to profile. I need help either it is possible to solve this issue or WIA has no such configuration to remove this bug ?
