Why showing User Informations

Its saying 7 members online, but shows only 6 members (refer image).

When visited url (http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/Forums/OnlineUsers.aspx) its shows all online users.

But 4th row showing User Name as blank and also with IP address.

Note: Still i am not online (Not logged in yet).

But why its showing as online user and also why sharing IP information to outside world.

Its better to keep with valid logins only or dont show.
