Many times i have observe that

MNC compmpaines conduct the campus intreview in big colleges not in small even if equal talented candidate are also available in small colleges ?

MNC compmpaines are looking for experience rather than talent of candidate for filling their Vacancies ?

now i am thinking Why MNC are looking for experience rather than talent of candidate for filling their Vacancies ?

When you have certain number of years of experience, you expect to know certain things. A company then does not have to spend time teaching you those things. This is why experience is a big deal. No matter how smart you are, if you have not spent using Visual Studio 2012 Testing Tools, you just don't know it. Cheers!
