Why dont it works on Excel and Word????

Question

I have a project written in VBA which I want to convert to C# using COM Add-in. I have read a couple of sites which teaches on to use it, including KBs. But, the problem I'm facing currently is really annoying and I'm already at the point of killing myself because of this :p Using VS2005 Shared Add-in, I've created my add-in, targeted for Excel but for experimental sake I chose all. The wizard creates Connect class that implements IDTExtensiblity2. Tested on Office other than Word and Excel, it works BUT WHY dont it works on Excel and Word??????? What did i miss?
